Gekkeikan Black & Gold is made with rice milled to 60% and 70% by our sake master for a rich, complex sake. Full-bodied with hints of honeydew, papaya, anise and roasted nuts. Well balanced, finishes long and smooth.

Mild and dry in taste and with a fresh, fruity ginjo flavor and full body. This is a well-balanced sake with substantial character.

Nigori is an unfiltered sake that retains some of the rice sediment in the bottle. The texture is velvety smooth and soft that has a tropical flavor similar to coconut milk. Serve will chilled and shake before pouring.

Sparkling sake infused with peach juice. Hana-fuga is a refreshing sparkling sake with lively hints of peach in the aroma and a melt in your mouth sweetness. A delicacy that surpasses other sparkling drinks-Kanpai!

The “Yamada-Nishiki” rice is carefully polished using Ozeki’s traditional techniques honed over hundreds of years which preserve the mellow flavor and mild aroma of the rice.
